From Delivery Orders to a Ready-to-Dispatch Truck
With Cargo Manifests produce distribution Teams can combine several delivery orders traveling on the same truck and manage them as one operational shipment. Operators can import all eligible pallets or choose only the pallets required for the load.
Once assigned, those pallets are reserved for the shipment. Your team can then arrange them across the truck's left and right rows and give each pallet a clear loading position.

What Does This Look Like in a Real Loading Operation?
Imagine a produce distributor preparing one truck for three customer deliveries. Together, the orders require 18 pallets. Each pallet weighs about 2,100 pounds, bringing the planned load to 37,800 pounds. The selected truck has a configured capacity of 50,000 pounds and space for two rows of nine pallets.
The coordinator adds the three delivery orders by selecting the 18 eligible pallets and assigning nine pallets to each truck row.
During loading, the team realizes that two pallets for the first delivery should be positioned closer to the trailer doors so they can be unloaded first. The coordinator updates those pallet positions in the load plan, while the pallets remain assigned to the same shipment: there is no need to remove and re-add them or rebuild the load.
Once loading is complete, the driver, trailer, seal and departure details are added. The final Cargo Manifest shows all 18 pallets, their positions, quantities, products, lots, weights, totals and signature fields. Ready to GO!
